Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery windows begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
  • Expedited options: Displayed at checkout when available

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination and local customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. To confirm availability for your location, simply enter your address at checkout — if your country is supported, shipping options will appear automatically.

All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination and service level selected at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Duties and taxes vary by country.

United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand:
Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of import duties and taxes.

All other countries:
Duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout. You may be offered the choice between:

  • DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): Duties/taxes paid at checkout
  • DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): Duties/taxes paid upon delivery

If DDU is selected, the carrier may not release the package until duties and taxes are paid.

Shipping Fees

Some orders may require a shipping fee if the order value is below $550 USD.
Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout in your local currency.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or carrier-related issues, the carrier will initiate an investigation.

If the package is returned to Elizabeth Rose:
You will be refunded for the product cost minus an $8 restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the package is not returned to Elizabeth Rose:
We are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

If you still wish to receive your items, a new order must be placed.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Your information is protected by industry-standard SSL encryption, ensuring that all data exchanged between your browser and our website is secure.
All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment partners for an additional layer of protection.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been marked “shipped.”
  • Payment methods and billing information cannot be modified after an order is placed.
  • Orders are billed in full at the time of purchase, including pre-order items.

You may be contacted for additional verification as part of routine fraud prevention.

Currency & Pricing

All pricing is managed by Global‑E and displayed in your local currency.
Exchange rates and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.

Messages received outside business hours will be answered on the next business day.
