Return Policy — Elizabeth and Rose Clothing
Elizabeth and Rose Clothing accepts returns on eligible items within 21 days of delivery.
All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Domestic (USA) Returns
Eligible domestic returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus:
• an $8 return shipping fee, and
• a 5% restocking fee
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid international return labels.
Return Windows
- Up to 14 days after delivery: Eligible for a refund to your original payment method, minus a 5% restocking fee.
- 15–21 days after delivery: Eligible for store credit, minus a 5% restocking fee. Store credit does not expire.
Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following standards:
- Unworn and unwashed
- No visible signs of wear
- No perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other scents
- No human or animal hair
- No rips, tears, or damage
- All original tags and packaging included
Swimwear
Swimwear must be returned in new condition with the hygienic liner fully intact.
Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, please try on over underwear.
Items missing the liner or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To protect the experience for all customers, we may restrict or refuse future returns if return patterns appear excessive or inconsistent with our policy.
Please note: Elizabeth and Rose Clothing is not responsible for personal items mistakenly included in return packages. Any costs associated with returning personal items to you are the customer’s responsibility.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
Return Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for receiving, inspection, and processing.
Refunds
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been completed.
If your purchase was made using both a gift card and a credit card, the refund will be issued to the gift card first, then any remaining balance to your credit card.
Store Credit
Store credit issued for returned items does not expire.
