1. What sizes do you offer?

At Elizabeth Rose, we believe that great style should be accessible to every woman. Our main collections are available in a range of sizes, from XS to XL.

Some of our products are featured in sizes up to 2XL.

Each garment is thoughtfully designed to flatter all body types, with fit guides provided on each product page to ensure the perfect fit.

2. How do I care for my Elizabeth Rose garments?

To keep your pieces looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend following the care instructions on each item’s label. For most garments, gentle cold washing is best to maintain the fabric’s integrity and beauty.

3. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards in a range of values. Our gift cards are the perfect way to share the luxury of Elizabeth and Rose with someone special. Simply visit our Gift Cards section to purchase.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process it. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team on customercare@elizabethandroseclothing.com within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping page for more details.

6. Customer Care Hours of Operation

Our current Customer Care Hours are 8am – 4pm EST. Monday through Friday except on major U.S. holidays.

Any messages left outside of the Customer Care hours noted above will be returned within the next 48 hours.
